SCREED : |
The main screed is consists of 2.5 meters (2500 mm) center fixed screed plate and other two screed plate operated by hydraulically. Sliding on telescopic cylinder guides. It is 305 mm wide, 12mm
thickness are made of stainless steel. Four LPG
Gas burners, one on each screed plate and two nos on main screed plate heat it. The temper and vibrator hydraulically operated, is fitted for all the screed
length. Variable lying of width from 2.5 mtrs to 4.5 mtrs is obtained by means of hydraulic controls. |

THRUST ROLLER : |
Two-thrust roller are fitted on front part of paver. |
HOPPER AND FEEDING SYSTEM : |
The hopper is independent movement is obtained by means of hydraulic cylinder operating independently. The conveyer is also operate independently of both side. which can very their rotation speed by lavers provided near the driver seat. |
DRIVING POSITION AND CONTROLS : |

Operator's seat is fitted on the left side of paver. The panel includes all main controls and warning lights. The controls operating tamper, vibration screed extension (both side), screed up-down, hopper up-down. The paver is hydraulically control. In case of breakdown in the hydraulic circuit can be use by manual drive. |
TRANSMISSION : |
Hydrostatic Transmission system. Variable-displacement Hydraulic pump feeds the transmission system fitted with a fix displacement motor, which is directly connected to the gearbox. Transmission is having two speeds, High and Low.
The adjustment of the asphalt lying mat thickness is controlled by electric sensor system so as to allow easy modification of grade and
slope according to the work requirements of party. |
