The shelter-top on operator sit, protects from rain and sun. It is flexible and there-by not necessary to remove at the time of transportation. It can be truncated down and be open as required. 

Operator can drive the machine from right-hand side as well as left-hand side as required. The control panel is fitted on sliding base to facilitate this. Thus the operator can work most efficiently and accurately.

 
 
 
 

Contact of all front wheels with ground, even if on irregular surface, is the point that can not be ignored. To solve this problem and acquire smooth operation, bogies of the power stearable front wheels are fitted on an oscillating axle.
   

Hydraulic functions are carefully designed. Every separate unit of mechanism is   having a separate set of hydraulic power-system, which results in smooth and uninterrupted working power, finally in efficient performance.

   

Automatic Grade and Control System maximum surface accuracy can be achieved even under difficult paving conditions. Moba make made in Germany.

Power Unit :-

The prime over in the Paver Finisher  unit is  Kirloskar make model – 6R  1080 TA Diesel engine – 125 HP @ 2300 RPM,  with FIP,  12V alternator, self start starter , 12V– battery, radiator, meters like oil pressure, water temperature, ammeter, hours  meter, starter button, parking key,  dipper switch etc

Transmission :-

Hydrostatic transmission system. Variable-displacement hydraulic pump feeds the transmission system fitted with a fix displacement motor, which is directly connected to the gear box. Transmission  is having two speeds, High and low.

Variable hydraulic telescopic screed :- 

The main screed is consists of 2.5 m (2500 mm.) center fixed screed plate and other two screed plate operated by hydraulically. Sliding on telescopic cylinder guides. It is 305 mm wide, 14 mm thickness are made of stainless steel. Four LPG burners, One on each screed plate and two nos on main screed plate heat it. The temper & vibrator hydraulically operated, is fitted on all screed plate. Variable lying of width from  2.5 m to 4.5 m  is obtained by means of hydraulic controls.
