4. Signature verification from bank.

5. Proof of address / residence.

6. Telephone numbers of office / residence.

 Partnership Firms:

1. Balance sheet and profit & loss account duly certified / attested by Chartered Accountant for the last 2 years.

2. Copy of work orders / contracts.

3. Copy of partnership deed.

4. Authority letter to sign the agreement on behalf of the firm.

 Private / Public Limited Companies:

1. Balance sheet and profit & loss account duly certified / attested by Chartered Accountant for last 2 years.

2. Memorandum and Articles of Association.

3. Copy of work orders / contracts.

4. Board resolution.

 Notes:

1. All loans at the sole discretion of Finance Bank.

2. All taxes and statutory charges as applicable.

3. Payment through post dated cheques.

4. Guarantor for all proposals.
